I am also complaining regarding the charges to my account. My husband never received this product and when we tried to contact them, we never got an answer. This is a sad situation, but if we have to take it further we will. That is why people really don't want to help companies with their business because of the mess like this. I don't like this money coming out of my account like this. Please help on what needs to be done. I just want to get this taken care of the unfairness of this situation and matter.
