My boyfriend ordered the free trial in January, it took over three weeks to get our first shipment. WE paid for this shipment twice during that time. He called about the payment and if we could get a refund since the product never arrived, they said that we would have to send back the unopened box.

I told my boyfriend to cancel then but he liked the product and wanted to give them another chance. It happened again, no package but our account was charged. So we had the package shipped to a friends house.

By this point I was so fed up with paying for something we were not receiving I had him cancel our order sometime in the last week of March. So we were charged 49.14 on April 14 (no shipment was received), and again on May 7 (no shipment received, again) and this caused our account to be overdrawn.
