Biotab Neutriceuticals complaint

The trial sizeof Extenze was ordered for my my fiance on my bank account on 4/2/08. The customer service rep was instructed not to take anymore money from my bank account, to cancel the order in my name, and to put the order in my fiance's name.

Extenze has since withdrew money from my account four times in one month,April, after the the order was cancelled, and has not refunded my money. They have caused my bank account to be overdrawn.

This company has poor customer service practices and something needs to be done about it.

i have been trying to get in touch with someone i would like for you to put my money back on my card because they lied to me they were only posed to take shipping /handle fees now my account is overdrawn and please dont use my credit card number again cancel my order please 05/07/08 8:55pm thank you john rice 10201 cedar lake rd.#307 i have't received my sample product and they charged my account 49:99 please put it back asap.

i would like for you to not charge my credit card and to not send any more pills my name is amy stroud and my customer number is 1144241 please do not charge my card or send anything else to me. Thanks alot amy stroud
